Charges

There is NO charge for any bookings made on this dynamic booking platform to you. For pre-packaged offers promoted by you the charge is also ZERO for transactions or commissions regardless of volume.

If you decide to subscribe for the IX-key there is an annual fee of € 5.- per room per month. A minimum fee of €2,500 per annum for hotels with less than 42 rooms and a maximum fee of €12,000 per annum for hotels with over 200 rooms.

The booking requirement is that accommodation must be purchased for additional products such as flight/daily activity/transfer to be added.

Your current agreement with the existing CRS provider will remain in place including any charges you have for transactions made through the WEB. The rate code you need to put in place for distribution through your own portal only is XE.
