The IX-key web solution is a product designed for hotels to help take back control of distribution through generating a greater amount of bookings to your own website. The destination & travel suite can be added to any existing website providing unlimited amounts of promotions online - all controlled by you.
As a hotel or a hotel brand you can publish your own products and make them more attractive by promoting services with local interest, culture, heritage, special events and points of interest. The visitor to your website can also tailor own packages around your products with flights, excursions, transfers and special promotions by using the Concierge travel planner.

ZERO commission charge on dynamic packaged bookings If a consumer books a hotel room combined with a flight, an excursion or other services there is till NO charge to you the hotel. |

Fully loaded destination content Destination content around the destination of your hotel is automatically provided. Should it not be available at present it will be set up within 30 days after your subscription. |

Unique intuitive concierge No matter what service or information the online-customer selects, the intuitive concierge will offer all corresponding services and products. This is a unique prompter that automatically matches and filters live content around the customer’s motives, interest or lifestyle needs. |

Flights from anywhere in the world to your hotel location The IX-key has access to over 800 scheduled airlines worldwide. This will allow customers to book their flights from anywhere to the airport(s) closest to your destination in only one booking procedure and at best available market fares. |

Easy to use editing function for self-management You may choose the colours of your personalised page from a selection of templates provided. By using the online IX-editor, you can also edit descriptions, content and pictures any time you like. |

Low annual subscription With the costs of €5.- per room per month the charges are affordable for every hotel and provide much more benefits than costs. For less than the cost of a printed flyer for one weekend promotion you can sell and market as many packages, promotions and events as you like for the entire year. |

Automatic pickup of all inventory and rates Your rates are automatically picked up from your CRS system with direct connect. All descriptions and pictures can be modified in the IX-editor. |

Partners can be added by hotel for annual rental fees You may post partner logos or descriptions of their products, giving them ‘advertising space’ on your site. You have a special section in the portal to allow your local partners or potential partners to charge an advertising fee enabling you to easily cover the annual subscription fee for the IX-key. The fee is subject to your own negotiations. |

It further is a search term analysis and reporting tool which enables you to track, record and analyse terms used to find your site in the World Wide Web.
